Carolyn Dehorty is a dynamic leader with a strong background in both business and community engagement. She holds two Master's degrees—one in Business Administration and one in Management—and was honored with the President’s Award from Goldey-Beacom College in 2013 for her outstanding achievements.
With over 16 years of experience in the energy efficiency industry, she brings a client-focused and results-driven approach to every project. As an Account Manager, she helps organizations improve performance, reduce energy consumption, and meet sustainability goals through tailored efficiency strategies.
With over a decade of experience as President of her local HOA Board, Carolyn brings a deep commitment to organization, leadership, and service. Outside of her professional accomplishments, she maintains a vibrant and active lifestyle—playing pickleball five times a week, pursuing photography, and enjoying both piano and cross-stitch as creative outlets.
Carolyn is passionate about fostering community connections, whether on the court or in the neighborhood, and brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to every role she takes on.
