The board of directors is responsible for overseeing the club’s operations, ensuring it meets its goals, and upholding its values. They provide strategic guidance, manage financial decisions, and support the development of programs that benefit members and the broader community.
Events (Tournaments/Clinics/Leagues)
This committee runs our club’s tournaments/clinics/league play, handling logistics, brackets, registration, and day-of coordination.

Marketing
To increase awareness of DSPC in the state of Delaware and to connect with local businesses for potential sponsorship opportunities.
Membership
This committee helps to welcome new members, manage membership data, and promote our club to further grow our membership.
Help build community and connection within the club. The Social Committee will plan and host fun gatherings/seasonal celebrations. Ideal for members who love bringing people together and creating a welcoming atmosphere on and off the court.
Website
The Website Committee will help maintain and update the club’s website with event info, news, photos, and resources.
